Euro1Logistics is taking care of customs clearance(if neccessary, when order arrives from outside of EU) and send all orders as soon as they arrive to Helsinki or buyer can pickup for free from the nearest pickup point, if any available in his country. Estimated delivery time is approximately ~ 1-2 or 7-15 work. days, check item or category description.
All our prices including applicable taxes and customs fees within EU and all orders are delivered straight to the buyers. Buyers from non-EU countries may need to make customs clearance in their countries.
ATTENTION: we charge 2.50€ "low order fee" for orders under 5€.

ATTENTION : Pickup only in person with a verified picture ID. You have 15 days to pickup your order, after 15 days you will be charged 30€ storage penalty.

QUANTITY DISCOUNT
Quantity discount works automatically if you buy more than 1 pcs. of the same product. Products with different colors or different options are not considered to be the same products and thus quantity discount does not work.
Example 1:
2 x Epson T036 compatible cartridge. Quantity discount works.
Example 2:
1 x Epson T036 and 1 x T037 compatible cartridges. Quantity discount does not work because T036 and T037 are different products.
GUARANTEE
Most of our items have 1 year limited guarantee(please check item or category description). If you detect a problem during guarantee time, please stop using your item and contact our customer support as soon as possible. Exchange is free of charge but buyer pays return fee.
Items whose guarantee is not mentioned in item and even in category description are sold "as is" without guarantee, however we offer 14 days exchange(same item) if you detect any defect.
Attention. guarantee void if: returned item is damaged/broken as a result of wrong usage, mechanical damage, wrong installation and etc.
Guarantee also void if guarantee labels/stickers are missing or broken.
Unreasonable guarantee returns will be charged 30€ + return postage fee. Example:
- Reported problem can not be duplicated.
- Guarantee labels/stickers are missing or broken, item was disassembled or mechanically damaged.
- Returned items were not sold by VIC Ltd.
Items damaged by delivery company
Although our products are very well packed and protected against transportation damage, it's virtually impossible to guarantee that delivery company won't damage them. For this reason we strongly recommend you to examine external packing condition with delivery company's representative.
If there are some marks of damage, please immediately open the box and examine the condition of the items. If items are damaged, make an official written "damage report" with delivery company and ask them to stamp and sign it. After that contact our customer support for an exchange.
Please contact our customer support before returning defective/broken or wrong items.
If you detect a problem during guarantee time, please stop using your item and contact our customer support as soon as possible. Attention: all guarantee returns/exchanges must be approved by RMA number. Our customer support will send you RMA form by email.
All returns/exchanges sent without approval or RMA number/form will be returned to the sender without any consideration!
Return instructions:
1. Fill RMA form.
2. Carefully pack your item/s, include printed RMA form and copy of your receipt.
3. Send it as a postal parcel or letter/big letter. No COD!
